I'm a Controls Engineer from Grand Rapids and was in town servicing a machine at a customer site. My car drove the distance from home to site fine and then site to where I was staying for the night fine and I went to gas up for the discount day through Speedway later in the evening before the day ended and my wheel sounded like a bearing or CV joint went out. I had to be back in GR the next day and was stressing hard; I called several shops in town and they couldn't squeeze me in that day and then I called these gentlemen. They happened to have time for me to bring in my Honda and check it out and they brought me into the shop to see the issue as well as some shockingly good parts I had in terms of condition from when I bought the vehicle. Anyway, turns out I bent a rim which was throwing everything off, that or lost a balancing weight, and they rotated the wheel and I drove back to GR smooth as butter my dude. This is a cool team with cool people. They have my support, because they saw me where I was at and figured out how to both make it worth their while and help a brother out that's on the verge of tears and need to catch a break. Shadi and his team are great! You can tell they care about what they do! I went in for tire rotation and oil change, he could have charged me extra for the tire rotation but instead took the time to educate me on when I need to rotate the tires and he didn't charge me for extra stuff I don't need. Very knowledgeable group of guys! They did a full inspection of my truck. I will be using Top Quality Care from now!

Shaq and John are trustworthy and dependable! They have worked on all my cars and have done very reliable work! I will never again take any of my used cars to another auto mechanic! I appreciate the communication and the honesty I always receive from Top Quality Auto. I highly recommend this location!

This place is amazing. I found them through a family member who also had a great experience, and I am so glad I did. They are friendly, honest, and very trustworthy, which is rare to find in a mechanic. They made me feel safe and comfortable, and you can tell they do good business. Fair pricing, great energy, and real honesty. I highly recommend them

They deserve ZERO! I have 2 stories. Spring 2025, my vehicle needed brakes. My husband knew of the place by word of mouth. We brought our owns brakes for them to not install them. Without a phone call being made first they install their set of brakes and charged us more. The mechanic told us, "The brakes that we brought in were too small." We didn't receive a phone call prior to discuss the brakes situation. He charged us more and gave us back our brakes and told us, "You can take the brakes back and get most of the money back or break even on what the cost today" CRAZY WORK! Strike 1 his talking was crazy. Flip side on that our brakes were fix. Fast forward Feb 2026. We needed a crankshaft position sensor and things done to my vehicle. After going back and forth with my husband I allow Top Quality to work on our vehicle again. Which I was against it in the first place after the first time. I brought the vehicle early for him to get a head start on the repairs I received the cost before leaving. The next day my husband called because it was close to closing time. The person on the phone told him what while they were installing the control arm the ball joint fell off. But it will b
